SUREA is a Grade ¡®A¡¯ real estate appraisal firm certified by the Ministry of Construction; a Grade ¡®A¡¯ Real Estate Appraisal Firm certified by the Shanghai Housing & Land Resources Administration Bureau; as well as a Certified Nationwide Land Appraisal Firm by the Ministry of State-Owned Land Resources Administration. We were one of the first qualified appraisal firms to undertake relocation valuations in Shanghai and one of the members of the Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Association to engage in real estate brokerage businesses. As a member of the Shanghai Property Rights Group and based on Shanghai United Property Rights Exchange, SUREA provides services in relation to state-owned asserts strategic consultation and various investment consulting.
