Post-contract stage

• Value the project in progress, and provide advices on the amounts of interim payments.
• Measure and value the cost for project changes.
• Hand in progressive financial report to owners during the construction period.
• Assist the architect in handling and interpreting the contract clauses in order to avoid or minimize the claims from the contract.
• Examine and evaluate the contractor¡¯s claims on the payment rise, and negotiate with the contractor on the completion and payment of the project.
• Prepare the final detailed cost breakdown.
