Feasibility Stage
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates, realize reasonable financial budget.
Design Stage
- Make forecast breakdown and reconcile with the budget during the design stage.

- Hand in progressive financial report to owners during the construction period.
- Assist the architect in handling and interpreting the contract clauses in order to avoid or minimize the claims from the contract.
- Examine and evaluate the contractor¡¯s claims on the payment rise, and negotiate with the contractor on the completion and payment of the project.
