Shanghai Urban Real Estate Appraisal/Surveyors Co., Ltd. (SUREA) was spun off from the Shanghai Real Estate Appraisal Centre and restructured into a private company which consists of Shanghai Urban Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd, Shanghai Urban Cost Consultancy Co., Ltd, Shanghai Urban Project Management Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Urban Real Estate Marketing Co., Ltd, etc. SUREA is a Grade ¡®A¡¯ real estate appraisal firm certified by the Ministry of Construction; a Grade ¡®A¡¯ Real Estate Appraisal Firm certified by the Shanghai Housing & Land Resources Administration Bureau; as well as a Certified Nationwide Land Appraisal Firm by the Ministry of Land & Resources. We are one of the first qualified appraisal firms to undertake relocation valuations in Shanghai and are designated as the professional valuation institute by the Supreme People¡¯s Court and Shanghai Judicial System. Moreover, we are one of the members of Shanghai Real Estate Brokerage Association to engage in real estate brokerage businesses. Our affiliated company holds the qualification of Class ¡°A¡± Construction Cost Consulting Qualification, and Construction Tender Agent Qualification certified by Ministry of Construction. Our business scope covers various professional consulting services relating to the real estate industry. On the basis of independence, justice and profession, as well as the scientific and systematical quality control guaranteed by the ISO 9001 management system, we provide our clients with best professional services in real estate valuation, project appraisal, investment consulting & services, real estate brokerage & agency, construction cost consulting, tender agency and other relevant service. Our business scope covers most of the provinces in China such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong, and Jilin, while based in Shanghai.

There are over 10 staffs in our group obtaining the qualifications of China Registered Estate Appraiser/ Land Valuer, amongst which many possess the qualifications of cost engineer, consultancy engineer, asset appraiser, and accountants as well. For the past few years, we have ranked among the top level in terms of the nationwide valuation industry, the No. 1 in Shanghai, and been praised by the Ministry of Construction.
